Opinion
Gen. No. 9,501. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed January 8, 1940. Rehearing denied February 6, 1940.
APPEAL AND ERROR, § 1169 — insufficiency of abstract. Where abstract did not show the evidence or points relied upon for reversal, court would not search record to ascertain the evidence in order to find reason for reversal, but appeal would be dismissed.
