Because appellee filed its brief on January 22, 2024, appellant's reply brief was originally due by February 12, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(c). On March 5, 2024, appellant filed a motion we construe as a motion for extension of time to file the reply brief. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER the appellant to file any additional argument she would like us to consider as her reply brief by March 26, 2024.
