UNOPPOSED ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO MODIFY SCHEDULING ORDER


This matter came on for consideration before the Court on the Unopposed Motion to Modify Scheduling Order of the parties in the above entitled and numbered suit

After careful consideration of the motion and further noting that there is no opposition, the Court is of the opinion that the motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Unopposed Motion to Modify Scheduling Order of the parties is hereby granted and the remaining pretrial deadlines and trial date established by the scheduling order of September 20, 2000 hare hereby vacated pending further orders of the Court.

SO ORDERED.
