ORDER


Plaintiff, Joseph D. Smith, filed a pro se civil rights complaint. See 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West Supp. 2003). The Court's attempt to mail Plaintiff correspondence regarding his case has been returned to the Court, marked "MOVED RETURN TO SENDER." Plaintiff has not since updated his address with the Court.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner must within thirty days show cause why his case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
