Opinion

The petition seeking belated appeal is treated as a petition for writ of habeas corpus alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied without prejudice to petitioner's right to raise the issues of ineffective assistance of trial counsel before the trial court.
