BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

As the petitioner is represented by counsel in the proceeding in the trial court, the petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed. See Logan v. State, 846 So.2d 472 (Fla.2003).

Petitioner's motion filed October 30, 2014, is denied as moot.
