ORDER

On September 27, 2017, appellant tendered his brief along with his second motion to extend time to file his brief. On September 29, 2017 the Court ordered appellant to file an amended brief that did not identify the child victim by name in any portion of the brief. On October 2, 2017 appellant tendered a brief that complied with this Court's order. We GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed as of the date of this order.
