ORDER

Appellant was convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child younger than 14 years of age. Although appellant's brief does not identify the victim by name, several documents in appellant's appendix do. Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief.

We ORDER appellant to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, an amended brief that does not contain the complaining witness's name. Appellant may redact the documents containing the victim's name or file a brief without an appendix. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.10, 38.1(k)

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Wm. Randell Johnson and the Collin County District Attorney's Office.
