ORDER
On January 13, 2016, this Court ordered court reporter Sasha Brooks, as official court reporter of the 291st Judicial District Court, to coordinate with court reporter Peri Wood, former official court reporter of the 291st Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's record of the October 18, 2013 hearing. The supplemental record of the hearing was due within thirty days. To date, the supplemental record of the October 18, 2013 hearing has not been filed, nor have we had correspondence from either Ms. Brooks or Ms. Wood regarding the status of the record.
Accordingly, this Court ORDERS Sasha Brooks, as official court reporter of the 291st Judicial District Court, to coordinate with court reporter Peri Wood, former official court reporter of the 291st Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's record of the October 18, 2013 hearing. The record of the October 18, 2013 is due in this Court by MONDAY, FEBRUARY 29, 2016. If the record is not filed by that date, the Court will utilize the available remedies to obtain the record, which may include ordering that Sasha Brooks and Peri Wood not sit as court reporters until the file the supplemental record in these cases.
Appellant's brief will be due thirty days after the supplemental record is filed in these cases.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Mitchell, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; the Honorable Brandon Birmingham, Presiding Judge, 292nd Judicial District Court; Sasha Brooks, official court reporter, 291st Judicial District Court; Peri Wood, official court reporter, 292nd Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
