Brooks, official court reporter for the 291st Judicial District Court, to coordinate with Peri Wood, former official court reporter for the 291st Judicial District Court, or any other court reporter who recording the hearing, to file a supplemental reporter's record that contains the October 18, 2013 hearing or written verification that the hearing was not recorded within THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.

We ORDER the Clerk of the Court to send copies of this order to Sasha S. Brooks and Peri Wood.

We ORDER appellant to file the brief within THIRTY DAYS AFTER the supplemental reporter's record is filed.
