PATRICK CINQUE SMITH APPELLANT v. STATE OF ARKANSAS APPELLEE

Appellant, pro se. No response.

APPEAL FROM THE PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT [NO. CR-10-3534]

HONORABLE LEON JOHNSON, JUDGE

MOTION DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; SUPPLEMENTAL RECORD ORDERED.

PER CURIAM

Appellant Patrick Cinque Smith has appealed his convictions of aggravated robbery and theft of property for which he received an aggregate sentence of life in prison. Before the court is his motion to supplement the record on appeal to correct omissions contained in the transcript. One such omission is found on page 333 of the transcript. However, the supplemental record that appellant has provided does not correct the identified omission on that page. Specifically, the supplemental record does not include the response of Mr. Hancock on line ten.

We deny without prejudice the motion to supplement and direct further supplementation of the record to correct the aforementioned deficiency.

Appellant, pro se.

No response.
