656 So. 2d 281 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1995)

Opinion

No. 95-478.

June 23, 1995.

Appeal from the Circuit Court Osceola County; Jose R. Rodriguez, Judge.

James B. Gibson, Public Defender, and Nancy Ryan, Asst. Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for appellant.

No appearance for appellee.

We find no error in this Anders appeal, save one that appears to be clerical in nature. The sentencing form shall stand amended to reflect that appellant was sentenced to concurrent three and one-half year sentences for each of the two counts of uttering a forgery in case No. 93-428.

AFFIRMED as modified.

COBB, W. SHARP and GRIFFIN, JJ., concur.
