In this Anders appeal, the judgments and sentences are affirmed in all respects except that the scrivener's errors which imposed habitual offender status in case no. 91-1626 and case no. 92-1171 are stricken.

See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967).

AFFIRMED as MODIFIED.
