To the extent Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus, the petition is hereby denied because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). To the extent Petitioner seeks habeas corpus relief, the petition is dismissed as unauthorized. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). All pending motions or other requests for relief are hereby denied. No motion for rehearing will be entertained.
