Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(c)(1), we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, no later than September 5, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the trial court's (1) June 3, 2024 order on motion to reinstate cause on docket; (2) July 26, 2024 order on motion for summary judgment and final order of dismissal; and (3) docket sheet/case summary.
As the court reporter has informed the Court that no record was made of any of the trial court proceedings, we ORDER appellants to file their brief within thirty days of the filing of the supplemental clerk's record.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
