ORDER

Appellants initially appealed from the trial court's October 11, 2023 order releasing funds and we questioned our jurisdiction over the appeal. The trial court signed a second order to release funds on June 4, 2024 and appellants filed an amended notice of appeal of that order on July 3, 2024. This appeal will proceed as to June 4th order. See Adams v. Godhania, 635 S.W.3d 454, 456 (Tex. App.- Austin 2021, pet. denied).
We ORDER Dallas County Clerk John Warren to file, on or before July 22, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record containing:
1. Plaintiff's Second Motion to Release Cash Bond - filed May 31, 2024;
2. Order Granting Plaintiff's Second Motion to Release Cash Bond - signed June 4, 2024;
3. Defendants' Notice of Appeal of Appeal of the June 4, 2024 order on Plaintiff's Second Motion to Release Cash Bond - filed June 27, 2024; and
4. Current Docket Sheet.
We ORDER Official Court Reporter Vearneas Faggett to file, on or before August 10, 2024, either the reporter's record of the hearing conducted on Plaintiff's Second Motion to Release Cash Bond or written verification that appellants did not request the record of the hearing. We caution appellants that should we receive written verification of no request for the reporter's record, the Court will order the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Warren; Mr. Faggett; and all parties.
