That portion of the judgment nisi pertaining to division of assets and alimony (paragraphs numbered 7, 8, and 10 of the Memorandum of Judgment) is vacated. The case is remanded to the Probate and Family Court for further consideration, findings and conclusions on the division of assets and alimony consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court, and the entry of an amended judgment of divorce. The judgment of divorce nisi is otherwise affirmed.
