Motion, insofar as it seeks reargument, granted and, upon reargument, the order of this court entered on December 11, 1975 and the memorandum decision of this court filed therein are each amended so as to limit the new trial to the issue of divorce only. Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, denied.
