Order modified by directing that payment of alimony, as therein provided, begin as of the 22d day of January, 1929, instead of as of the 2d day of January, 1929, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Kapper, Hagarty and Scudder, JJ., concur.
