MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated October 13, 2010, the Court notified appellant that his brief was wholly deficient. We directed appellant to file, within ten days, an amended brief that corrected the identified deficiencies, and warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), (c). To date, appellant has neither filed an amended brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we strike the appellant's brief received on April 28, 2010 and dismiss the appeal.
