MEMORANDUM OPINION

By order dated March 14, 2008, we ordered the Dallas County Clerk to file either the clerk's record or written verification that appellant had not paid for the record. The order, a copy of which was sent to appellant, warned that if we received verification of non-payment, we would dismiss the appeal without further notice. On April 25, 2008, we received a letter from the clerk stating appellant has not paid for the record. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
