MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from a judgment signed October 23, 2019. On May 26, 2020, the parties filed a joint motion to set aside the judgment of the trial court and remand the cause to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). The motion is granted.

Accordingly, the judgment is set aside, and the cause remanded to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement.
