In the Matter of Jennifer Smith, Petiioner-Appellant, For a Judgment Pursuant to Article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules, v. Sheila Poole, as Acting Commissioner of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, and David Hansell, as Commissioner of the New York City Administration for Children's Services, Respondents-Respondents.


An Article 78 proceeding having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 7, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of partial settlement, dated January 18, 2018, It is ordered that the Article 78 proceeding is discontinued as against respondent-respondent David Hansell, as Commissioner of the New York City Administration for Children's Services, in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
