ORDER
After receiving written notice from court reporter Vikki L. Ogden that the parties had not requested production of the record, we directed appellants, by letter dated April 7, 2017, to provide verification they had requested the reporter's record. We gave them ten days to do so and cautioned them that failure to comply could result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c). To date, however, they have not complied. Accordingly, pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 37.3(c), we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id. We further ORDER appellants to file their brief on the merits no later than June 5, 2017.
