Before Justices MORRIS, WRIGHT, and RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed his notice of appeal with the trial court on September 10, 2003. Appellant also filed an incomplete and unsigned affidavit of inability to give security for costs on appeal. On October 2, 2003, this Court sent letters to appellant directing him to pay the $ 125 filing fee and file a docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letters. On October 7, 2003, the Court sent appellant a letter advising him that his notice of appeal was defective and directing him to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letters warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of his appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, or filed a docketing statement or amended notice of appeal. Consequently, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
