MEMORANDUM OPINION

This appeal has been pending since March 16, 2006. On April 28, 2006, we directed appellants that their $125 filing fee was due within ten days. On June 22, 2006, we directed appellants to provide this Court, within ten days, written verification that they had paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record or written documentation that they are entitled to proceed without payment of costs. Both letters warned appellants that failure to comply could result in dismissal of the appeal. Nevertheless, to date, appellants have not paid the $125 filing fee or filed the requested documentation regarding the clerk's record. Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(c).
