It is hereby ORDERED that Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq., is hereby substituted as counsel for respondent in the above-entitled appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Cayuga County, entered October 12, 2016, in place and stead of Lisa A. Blair, Esq., and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner-respondent submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before November 29, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
