WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. According to the record of the Clerk of Court for East Baton Rouge Parish, the district court has not ruled on relator's pleading, titled "Motion for Summary Judgment," which relator filed on February 13, 2014. Accordingly, the district court is instructed to rule on relator's Motion for Summary Judgment, if it has not already done so.
