MEMORANDUM OPINION

On September 25, 2006, appellants filed a notice of appeal in this case. On September 27, 2006, we notified appellants by letter that their notice of appeal was defective. We gave appellants thirty days to file an amended notice of appeal. We cautioned appellants that if they failed to comply with our directives within the time allowed, the appeal was subject to dismissal without further notice. Nevertheless, to date, appellants have not filed an amended notice of appeal.

On November 20, 2006, appellee Law and Order Record Retrieval filed a motion requesting that we dismiss this case due to appellants' failure to file an amended notice of appeal. We GRANT appellee's motion and DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.1(d), 42.3(c).
