118 So. 3d 221 (Fla. 2013)

Opinion

No. SC12–755.

2013-06-27

Glenn SMITH, Petitioner(s) v. Capt. L.L. HATCHER, et al., Respondent(s).

Because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla.2000). Petitioner's “Motion to Stay Proceedings in the First District Court of Appeal Pending Resolution of Petition for Writ of Mandamus” is denied. Any other motions or requests for relief are also denied.

PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, and LABARGA, JJ., concur.
