In case number 4D99-1796, we reverse and remand for entry of judgment for Hartford Casualty Insurance Company on authority of Dealers Acceptance Corp. v. United Pacific Ins. Co., 25 Fla. L. Weekly D1773 (Fla. 4th DCA July 26, 2000). The appeal in case number 4D99-3513 is rendered moot by this decision.
