The Court having considered petitioner's response to the Court's order to show cause dated March 27, 2013, the petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied on the basis that petitioner has not demonstrated the right to habeas corpus relief in this Court. Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.
