Judgment and order of the County Court of Orange county reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the Code of Civil Procedure gave jurisdiction of the case, and the general appearance therein gave jurisdiction of the person. Bartlett, Woodward, Hirschberg, Jenks and Hooker, JJ., concurred.
