AGREED ORDER GRANTING MBNA'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT


THIS CAUSE came before this Court on MBNA's unopposed motion for enlargement of time to file a response to plaintiff's complaint. The Court, having reviewed the motion and the file, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds that there is good cause to grant the extension of time sought by MBNA.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. MBNA's motion is granted.

2. MBNA shall file its response to plaintiffs complaint no later than May 10, 2005.
