Robert Doar, as Commissioner of theNew York City Human Resources Administration, Defendant-Appellant, -and- Samuel Roberts, as Commissioner of the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, Defendant-Appellant.


Defendants-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 15, 2013 and April 28, 2015, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals to the January 2018 Term.
