ORDER


Upon consideration of Plaintiffs' Motion to Show Cause [65], Defendants' Memorandum in Opposition to the Motion [66], Plaintiffs' Reply to the Opposition [66], and the record in this case, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is this 3rd day of February, 2005,

ORDERED, that Plaintiffs' Motion to Show Cause [65] be and hereby is denied. It is further

ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Second Supplemental Memorandum [79] and Defendants' response thereto [81] be stricken from this Court's record.
