370 So. 2d 101 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1979)

Opinion

No. 77-2578.

May 2, 1979.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Palm Beach County; Paul T. Douglas, Judge.

Jack Miller and Robert D. McAliley of Brennan, McAliley, Albury Hayskar, West Palm Beach, for appellants.

Louis H. Casson of Louis H. Casson, P.A., Boca Raton, for appellees-Ruth G. Cooper and Louis Cooper.

Monroe Al Coogler, Jr., and Maureen L. McGill of Adams, Coogler, Watson Smith, West Palm Beach, for appellees-Kings Point Housing Corp.

This is an appeal from a final judgment in favor of defendant below, Kings Point Housing Corporation. We find no error in the granting of the motion for judgment on the pleadings and the entry of the judgment thereon. The statements in the order regarding the limited application of the releases are not directly on appeal here and therefore we decline ruling on that point at this time.

The judgment appealed is AFFIRMED.

DOWNEY, C.J., and CROSS and DAUKSCH, JJ., concur.
