ORDER

Joseph W. Nega Judge.

This case was called at the trial session of the Court that commenced on September 6, 2022, in Fresno, California. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Respondent represented to the Court that respondent concedes all issues remaining in this case. Based on respondent's representations, the Court directed the parties to file on or before October 6, 2022, signed Proposed Stipulated Decision in this case and the undersigned retained jurisdiction.

On September 27, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report representing therein that respondent requires an additional 45 days to file a signed Proposed Stipulated Decision to the Court.

Accordingly, it is, ORDERED that, on or before November 21, 2022, the parties shall file a signed Stipulated Decision or a Status Report in this case.
