ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 11, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial session. On July 15, 2022, respondent filed a status report stating his difficulty in communicating with petitioner. In response to respondent's status report, the Court held a conference call with the parties on July 25, 2022. During this call, petitioner agreed to file all delinquent returns no later than August 25, 2022 and provide copies to respondent for purposes of this Collection Due Process hearing case.

Upon due consideration of respondent's status report and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2022, the parties shall file a status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.
