Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by Special Trial Judge Peter J. Panuthos. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m., on September 19, 2022, in Room 4228, Federal Building, 880 Front Street, San Diego, California, 92101-8828. It is further
