This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 24, 2022, Dallas, Texas, remote special trial session. On April 25, 2022, at 4:08 p.m., respondent filed a Declaration of Antoinette Lucarelli in Support of Response to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 54). On the same date, at 4:17 p.m., respondent filed a second Declaration of Antoinette Lucarelli (Doc. 55). The second Declaration appears to be a duplicate of the first, except it includes the signature of Antoinette Lucarelli which was omitted from the first Declaration. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's first Declaration of Antoinette Lucarelli in Support of Response to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 54) is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
