This case is presently calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California.

On April 1, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. On April 6, 2022, respondent file a First Supplement to that Motion for Continuance. On April 18, 2022, petitioner filed a response to respondent's Motion for Continuance, as Supplemented.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance filed April 1, 2022, and as supplemented April 6, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the May 2, 2022, in San Diego, California, session and is continued generally.
