This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 24, 2022, Dallas, Texas, remote special trial session. By Order served March 11, 2022, the parties were directed among other things, to file a joint report with the Court describing the status of the case including a proposed pretrial schedule on or before April 8, 2022. On April 7, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 45). The Status Report proposed a schedule for future proceedings in the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the schedule proposed in the April 7, 2022, Joint Status Report is adopted.
