On March 12, 2022, petitioners filed in this case a document titled Exhibits (Docket Index #5). Thereafter, also on March 12, 2022, petitioners filed a document titled First Amendment to Exhibits (Docket Index #6). In their First Amendment to Exhibits, petitioners state that the documents filed as Exhibits relate to another Tax Court case and were filed in this case in error.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Exhibits and First Amendment to Exhibits (Docket Index #5 and #6), filed March 12, 2022, are stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable in this case.
