On March 1, 2022, the parties filed a copy of an unexecuted proposed stipulated decision document for tax year 2017. The parties' document is improper. The caption containing the name of petitioner is in error.. The Court will strike the parties' unexecuted proposed stipulated decision document for tax year 2017. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' unexecuted proposed stipulated decision document for tax year 2017, is stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 9, 2022, the parties shall execute and re-file a corrected proposed stipulated decision document for tax year 2017.
