ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke, Judge

On February 16, 2022, respondent filed a status report, and on March 1, 2022, petitioners filed a status report. Petitioner Sheila Smith previously represented to the Court that they do not believe any testimony is necessary. Therefore it may be possible to resolve this case with dispositive cross-motions. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that if the parties wish to file any dispositive motions, they should do so on or before April 18, 2022. If either side wishes to pursue documents from their opponent they should follow the Court's Rules for discovery and admissions.
