This case is currently set for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, trial session. On November 29, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance and a Motion to Change Place of Trial to Dallas, Texas (Docs. 64 and 65). On December 14, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case and petitioner's pending motions. During the call, the parties agreed that the case should be continued and that the place of trial should be changed to Dallas, Texas. Petitioner also informally notified the Court of a change in mailing address. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance of Trial is granted in that this case is stricken from the January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial to Dallas, Texas, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall change petitioner's address in the Court's records to his current address and, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at his current address.
