By order issued on October 21, 2021, the Court directed petitioner, on or before November 30, 2021, to file a proper amended petition and to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case. On November 22, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time is granted and the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition and pay the filing fee, is extended to December 30, 2021. If, by December 30, 2021, no amended petition and/or filing fee is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
