When this case was called from the calendar at the remote Trial Session of the Court at Los Angeles, California, on October 25, 2021, petitioner Tamra Smith, appeared and made an oral motion for continuance. Counsel for respondent appeared and had no objection to the continuance.

After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's oral motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further
