This case is calendared for trial at the Court's San Diego, California, trial session scheduled to begin on November 4, 2024.

On August 21, 2024, counsel for petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Petitioner's counsel states in the motion that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion but does not know whether petitioner objects to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 16, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at the mailing address listed on page 5 of the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Docket Index No. 11) on petitioner at petitioner's address of record.
